Your main responsibilities include:
•Analyzing and formalizing network and system specifications aligned with project needs
•Designing technical architectures for systems onboard military vehicles
•Contributing to the integration of telecom and network equipment
•Producing and managing requirements documentation using MBSE practices
•Collaborating with mechanical and electronic designers on harness and cable layout
•Supporting integration and validation teams during testing phases
•Investigating and resolving technical issues and providing corrective actions
•Leading specific technical workstreams and acting as technical focal point for subsystems
•Ensuring requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle
•Participating in technical reviews (design, documentation, validation)
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecom, Systems, Computer Science or similar) and have a solid foundation in systems engineering, ideally within defense or critical infrastructure environments.
Must Have
•Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with tools like Capella or Enterprise Architect
•Knowledge of network architectures and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, serial protocols)
•Experience in telecommunication systems, sensor integration or military communications
•Fluency in English (B2 minimum); French and/or Dutch is a plus
•Rigorous, organized, proactive mindset with strong communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
•Experience in software development, particularly in integration environments
•Understanding of cybersecurity and encryption systems in military contexts
•Familiarity with defense certification documentation (SSS, SSDD, ICDs)
•Knowledge of IVVQ processes and tools such as DOORS, PLM, JIRA
•Understanding of cabling and harness design (Visio, SolidWorks)
