Job description

We are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of industrial development projects aligned with strategic company objectives, in a high-tech and international environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects through collaboration with various project managers
  • Aligning all projects with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Establishing initial project baselines with project managers
  • Identifying bottlenecks, setting priorities, and managing risks at the portfolio level
  • Conducting monthly financial reviews using Earned Value Management methods
  • Consolidating financial data across the portfolio and ensuring proper reporting
  • Proposing corrective actions in case of resource or skill shortages
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators
  • Reporting to senior management on portfolio progress and risks

Profile

You have a Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration, with at least 10 years of experience in project or portfolio management within a high-tech, international environment.

You are a certified PMP/IPMA (or equivalent), or bring a comparable level of structured project governance expertise.

Business-minded, analytical, and proactive, you are also a strong communicator and leader who thrives in matrix organizations.

Fluency in French and English is essential. .
