Job description

Good understanding of requirements from classical engineering departments and translation of these into requirements for software development
Development of software for our tool solutions in the areas of CAD automation, optimization algorithms, PDM/EDM interfaces and databases
Development of innovative software solutions in the area of the "Digital Twin".
Intensive coordination of requirements and solutions, respectively concepts with the international project team
Proactive communication to achieve project goals efficiently

Profile

Completed studies in mechanical or automotive engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study
Experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of the product creation and development process
Knowledge of Product Data Management systems such as Engineering Client Smaragd, Teamcenter, Windchill or comparable PDM systems
Several years of professional experience in the CAD systems Siemens NX or CATIA V5 and / or databases
Profound knowledge in C#, VB.net, Java, VBA and Atlassian Toolchain
Analytical thinking, goal-oriented way of working in combination with good communication and mediation skills
Very good English skills, furthermore German language skills are welcome
Hands on mentality
Enthusiasm for cross-site exchange and international cooperation
Ideally experience in DevOps and full stack projects
Several years of professional experience in international projects
