With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Accounting Manager

The resource will be placed within the Finance & Controlling Office.

Activities:

• Management of the Accounting team;

• Establish the work and priorities of your team;

• Follow-up and review of the closing accounting process;

• Review of Taxes;

• Analyze deviations between actuals vs budget & forecast;

• Responsible for coordinating the audit process and Annual Accounts;

• Reporting to the Group (US GAAP);

• Compliance with company procedures.

We're looking for a Accounting Manager with at least 8 years of experience. Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Italian accounting standards;

• Knowledge of Italian taxes;

• Experience in audits, either having been an auditor or having received audits;

• Good level of English (C1 Level);

• Expertise in leading Teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with SAP.
