Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead a dynamic team in the heart of our Talent Acquisition department? We're looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dream team!
Your Role
As a People Manager:
Lead and Inspire: Coordinate and guide a team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) to achieve excellence.Onboard and Train: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new TAS team members, and support other teams with newcomer training as needed.Mentor and Develop: Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions to guide activities, and play a key role in career development and promotions within your team.Report and Communicate: Ensure reliable reporting of team activities to Top Management, maintaining transparency and accountability.Collaborate and Connect: Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Teams associated with your Talent Acquisition team.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for technical consultant profiles, from sourcing to interviewing, salary negotiation, and integration.Candidate Engagement: Consistently follow up with your pool of candidates and keep them updated on new opportunities.
Transverse
Your Profile:
Experienced Recruiter: You have 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a consulting, temporary work, or engineering/scientific recruitment context.Aspiring Leader: You’re ready to step up into a people management role and inspire your team to achieve great things.Bilingual Pro: You speak fluent Dutch and have a strong command of English.Professional and Eager Learner: You demonstrate professionalism in candidate follow-ups and stakeholder relationships, and you’re always eager to learn and grow.Adaptable Team Player: You thrive in new environments and value supporting colleagues and building trust within your team.
