To start the year in a good shape we are looking for an intern to help us on recruitment, we are a team of 14 recruiters with the same objectives: make incredible happen, it means: let’s recruit the best engineers in Belgium.

What will you do as an intern?

You will be part of the recruitment process, by working in close collaboration with one recruiter and the Talent Acquisition team.

What does it mean to be part of the recruitment process?

- Publish job offers on different jobboards

- Search and selection of profiles

- Carry out the first phone screening  

- Organize and follow up on interviews

- Ensure a positive experience for the candidates

Who are we looking for?

- A student in a business, management, psychology or human resources program,

- You are interested in the field of recruitment  

- You have a good level of written and spoken English

- You have a good sense of contact and like to work in a team

- You are curious, proactive and structured

- You are a master or bachelor student.
