AKKODIS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team within the defence sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow architecture, strong technical expertise, and the ability to design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the defence industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions tailored to the specific needs of the defence sector.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Conduct regular system assessments and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, recommending improvements and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations specific to the defence sector.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert support and mentorship to junior team members.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training materials, and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other relevant modules.
Experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations.
Strong understanding of defence sector requirements and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
Security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance is a must.
