In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for:

PTW Coordinator - Energy / Oil & Gas

What will your contribution be at Akkodis? Within our Energy division, you will be involved in a project related to the Oil & Gas sector and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Review incoming PTW requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify that risk assessments, MOP, and isolation plans and all needed certificates are attached.
• Issue approved permits and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with HSE dept, operations, and subcontractors to manage permit scheduling.
• Manage SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) to avoid conflicts or hazards.
• Archive expired permits and update the PTW register.
• Prepare daily PTW status and LOG for HSE Dept.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and PTW protocols.
• Assist workers and supervisors with PTW-related questions.
• Provide guidance on filling out permits and understanding safety requirements.
• Conduct briefings or toolbox talks on PTW procedures when needed.

Do you have a degree in Environmental Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector? You can join the Energy team

About you

Requirements to start your growth journey:

• 5 years of experience as a PTW Coordinator in the Oil & Gas sector;
• Good knowledge in the HSE field;
• Proficiency in English or French for both written and verbal communication.
