Purpose:
As the Global Innovation Performance Analyst, you're the driving force behind our innovation performance. You'll contribute to the Global Innovation Portfolio Performance for top- and or bottom-line innovations and provide data analytics for our innovation portfolio. Your role involves monthly performance assessments, KPI management, and collaboration with global and zone teams for correct data and insights.
The role:
Top and bottom-line innovation portfolio analysis-Innovation data quality & analysis to generate valuable insights-Data visualization and dashboard creation-Ad hoc analysis and analytics to solve and provide guidance for current business challenges-Innovation KPI management & reporting to global and zone innovation stakeholder-Monthly performance and portfolio assessment with global and zoneteams including recommendations to improve the portfolio

Who we’re looking for:
University Masters or bachelor’s degree or equivalent (IT, Business,Economics, Engineering/Technical)Minimum 3 years of industry or consulting experience in SupplyChainManagement or Business Analysis-Demonstrated successful experience in management of projects of high complexity and/ or risk profile is a plus-Experience in equipment and/or process development areas forprocessing industries and technical expertise in science & technology is recommendable-Solid team management skills to drive value creation and employee engagement-Demonstrated ability of multidimensional, analytical, and critical thinking skills-Data analysis, data visualization and report tailoring as per stakeholder need-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)-Knowledge of Power BI will be considered as additional benefit-Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must. Additional languages are a plus-Strong continuous improvement and agile mindset
