Responsibility :
Be responsible for improving operational performance through the use of Lean - 6 Sigma principles, practices, and techniques Deploy the Operational Excellence model and culture which consists in preparing the future by reaching the operational goals defined by the hierarchy and the functional services in the scope of the vision and the missions of Operational Excellence set out by the company.
Background:
Master's Degree: chemistry, biology, engineering or pharma
Technical experience: upto 5 years in chemistry, biology, engineering or pharma Lean management: 3 years (full time equivalent)
COMPETENCIES :
Lean Management - Basic level of 6 Sigma (a Green Belt certification is a plus): DMAIC, statistics, Statistical Process Control - Leading others without direct supervision; ability to lead and work in small cross-functional teams, including remotely - Change management (incl decision making, problem solving, conflict management, …) - Excellent communicator, listener, negotiator, facilitator in a business & technical environment (excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required) - Customer and results oriented, continuous improvement oriented, sense of priorities, proactive, leadership, accountable, resilient, stress resistant - Analytical: comfortable solving business problems and questions using data, working with numbers and drawing conclusions/finding patterns. - Authentic and humble - Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the different stakeholders, from shop floor to middle management - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (quality system, GxP, qualification/validation, …)
