Product Coordinator Pharma

As Product Coordinator for the introduction of new Devices/Packaging products, your missions will be :
- Framing: definition of user requirements
- Definition of resources: planning, budget, teams.
- Implementation: monitoring of completion terms (monitoring of internal/external teams, budget and schedule)
- Coordination of activities
- Active support for the design of the solution: contact interface with the engineering office with the engineering office, with production and with R&D and industrialisation
- Direct contact with key stakeholders
- Drafting of specifications
- Close interaction with R&D
-Revamping of clean rooms, HVAC systems, equipment; installation of new equipment
-Optimization of manufacturing process (yield increase, process robustness, cleaning improvement)

Life sciences
Skills / Experience:
Project management: definition, planning, monitoring
-3-5 years of industrial project management
-Ability to structure and manage information and time
-Cross-functional management of people, including external groups.
-Qualification/Validation
-Communication (English and French, oral and written, cross-functional with all types of profile)
-Reporting
-General knowledge of engineering techniques, preferably process-oriented
-General knowledge of the production of pharmaceutical products and medical device
-Ability to generate and have generated production documents or associated related activities.
-Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent
-Knowledge of SAP is a plus
-Proven experience in GMP
-Language: French, English
