 Software Driven Experience (SWX) Organization is looking for a Connected Services Technical Leaders. Your role as Technical Development leader is to lead a team of talented software engineers to deliver new product features for our Connected vehicles. In this role you will collaborate with other developers, scrum masters and product managers to deliver the product.  
The domains related to our Connected Car are the following:  
Digital Drive - Enhancing the customer’s daily driving experience and comfort 
Digital Life - building the connected vehicle ecosystem as the center of the customer’s digital mobility journey 
Vehicle Ownership - Driving maximum convenience and connectivity access to the customer’s experience throughout the ownership lifecycle 
Platform & Enablers - improving every aspect of our connected services and accelerating product development speed and quality 
Responsibilities: 
Build, develop and retain a team of talented Software Engineers 
Remove barriers and lead issue resolution as required for engineering teams to deliver high quality connected services 
Review and validate deliverables of your Software Development team 
Ensure alignment across development teams who build services aligned to your space 
Become a technology leader and expert in your domain/space 
Drive ideation, innovation and introduce new technologies to product teams 

Bachelor's degree in an engineering, software, or technology related discipline 
At least 7 years of experience delivering technology or software solutions in the fields of enterprise software delivery/development, information technology or related field 
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working with both direct reports and cross-functional and cross-regional teams 
Strong technical leadership, demonstrating both depth of technical/domain knowledge as well as business relationship management and team leadership skills 
Experience hiring and managing software developers 
 
Preferred Qualifications:  
Prior experience in connected services development 
Prior experience working directly with agile software product development teams 
Strong understanding of the agile manifesto 
Familiarity with model-based design concepts and modeling languages and tools (UML/SysML) 
Familiarity with robust failure mode analysis and planning (DFMEA) 
Familiarity with system sequence and interaction modeling 
Familiarity with modern software development techniques - CICD, TDD, DDD, BDD, Pairing, Mob development 
Prior hands-on development experience preferred but not required 
Master’s Degree in related field
