Scope : As part of its transformation programme, AKKA has started the implementation of one of the first SAP Cloud project in France! S/4 Hana is the new ERP generation of the worldwide known editor SAP. It is a unique opportunity to learn a software of the future that will broaden your carrier evolution prospects. Be one of the first to master S/4 Hana Cloud and becoming our Senior Accounting Leader for the ERP implementation programme.

Responsabilities :

As part of the deployment of the SAP S/4 Hana Cloud solution in the international entities of the group, you would have to perform the following tasks:

- Financial Accounting Referent Person for the Project

Under the authority of the group accounting manager, formalize and distribute the group accounting standards and practices (incl. taxes, VAT) and the group accounting manual
Promote and share the group accounting standards and practices with the project key users and end-users
Update the SAP documentation related to accounting with the relevant guidance

- SAP Project Super User

Configure accounting settings with the assistance of an integrator
Analysis of the new features of the quarterly release (upgrade)
Support the automation of non-regression testing
Assist technically the key users to solve their issues

- SAP Countries Deployment

Explain the Core (common) processes and get the local teams buy-in
Drive the local and legal requirement analysis with the local accountants
Explain the data cleansing process and the migration requirement to the local teams
Monitor the 3 first month end closing
Support and assist the accounting community in their practice of SAP

Required skills :

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (Accounting / Assistant to the CFO / ...)
Good understanding of business controlling activities
Ability to work in project mode
A first experience on an ERP project is required, SAP would be particularly appreciated
English is mandatory (CEFR B2 at least), the native language does not matter

Travels: possible in Group entities

Required experience : Significant operational accounting (including taxes and VAT processes) experience - at least 5 years

Required education :

A degree in accounting is required, preferably not lower than a two to three-year university degree (Bachelor)
