Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and coordinate activities on the shopfloor, ensuring smooth operations align with project goals.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and generating protocols.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project lead, including correspondence management, scheduling, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and communicating any schedule conflicts to stakeholders.
- Create and prepare presentations for meetings or project updates. Proficiency in presentation software/tools is required.
- Facilitate basic technical connections or understanding relevant to the project. Collaborate with technical teams when necessary.
