Your main responsibilities will be

• Preparing the assembly process planning of subsystems of new vehicle series/part assemblies in a solitary and Mix-Model-Production
• Planning and creation of work sequences and work steps for comprehensive process chains
• Determination of target times according to MTM-C values
• Creation of specifications for customer procurement
• Capacity planning of the production
• Preparation of allocation plans for complex means of production
• Ensuring the technical control of tasks in one or several medium-sized projects
• Ensuring and implementing the preparation and communication of production trends and developments
  
  

The ideal candidate has:

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in the field of Production planning
• Independent coordination of the assigned tasks as well as safe implementation of labor management analyzes according to the MTM-C method, ideally other MTM modules are mastered
• Experience in moderating and conducting workshops in connection with a structured and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of German
   

Nice to have:

• MTM practitioner training
• Safe handling of Ipolog, Dialog, Proplan, Engineering-Client, EAB-IT systems
• Good knowledge of English
