Job description
For one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, we are actively looking for a senior Labware Functional Consultant.
Purpose of the Mission
The person will take up the role of Labware LES Admin Lead. He/she will lead the development part of the project in a pharmaceutical regulatory GxP context jointly with Business Analyst & Project Lead. He/She will manage the LES Admin team to ensure best practices are followed during development process, right technical choices are made, update their colleagues on new Labware functionalities, technical referent, moreover the application of the company’s procedures.
In addition, the role includes the risk & issue management regarding software development, interaction with relevant stakeholders as business analyst, application owner, business,…
He/she will also participate to functional and technical activities.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
• Manage the project:
o Understand the business requirements and translate it into technical specifications
o Identify dependencies and risks/issues for development
o Be the key project contact for LES Admins and train the LES Admins on new Labware functionalities. Manage LES Admin team and be the technical referent.
o Support the hypercare team to help on complex bugs & propose appropriate technical solutions
• Formalize user requirements and functional /technical specs with the business users and define standard solutions to support the business laboratory processes. Drive standard good practices avoiding complex customizations / developments.
• Ensure the application of GxP requirements and local SOPs

Required Experience & Knowledge
• Quality / right first time mindset.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English and French.
• Strong analytical (and synthesis) capability driven by standardization and simplification.
• Knowledge about pharmaceutical quality and QC lab processes.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory GxP environment.
• Knowledge of relevant industry specific templates/modules (eg BioAnalysis, Labware ELB, …)
• Knowledge of Labware HQ support processes
• Knowledge of integration with SAP (medior/senior)
• Good awareness of Labware design and programming standards (visual workflows, LIMS basic, ...).
• Good IT business analyst and system support skills, with experience as basic PM skills.
Soft Skills
• Good team player and communication skills.
Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements
• University Master degree in bioscience, engineering , business or equivalent.
• Labware LIMS certifications is a plus for the role. At least Labware V6 and Labware V7 LIMS Administration.
