With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for an:

 

 

 

 Infrastructure Integrator

 

The resource will be part of an IT Compliance team and will support the Infrastructure Service Manager.

 

The main activities include:

 

  • Incident Management / Problem Management / Configuration Management / Change Management / Release Management – metrics and monitoring
  • External Vendor management that provide Outsourcing IT Services, POs Management, Security documentations to access the sites
  • Provide coordination when multiple teams involved in problem resolution
  • Monitor progress of activities in the team
  • Generating reports (IT assets)

Profile

The ideal candidate has a Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree and has 2-4 years of experience.

Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2/C1 level).

Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.

 

Geographical mobility is required.

  • Knowledge of site specific environment / Compliance / Change Management
  • Service Support (ITIL)
