Flight Test System Engineer Aerospace (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing flight test programs to verify and validate systems, subsystems, and components
Developing and implementing test strategies and test plans based on specific project requirements and objectives will be a key part of your role
You will analyze and evaluate flight data and test scenarios to ensure the performance, safety, and functionality of the systems under test
Integrating test systems into various flight test platforms and troubleshooting any issues that arise during flight tests will be part of your daily tasks
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware, software, and systems engineers, is essential to ensure that all technical requirements are met throughout the testing process
You will be responsible for documenting test results and generating detailed reports for both internal development purposes and for submission to customers and certification authorities

A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required for this position
Applicants should have several years of hands-on experience in flight testing and systems engineering
Strong knowledge of flight data analysis and proficiency in applying test methodologies is essential
Experience with flight test tools and software such as Matlab or LabVIEW is an advantage
A solid understanding of aircraft and system dynamics, especially in the context of flight tests and performance measurements, will be beneficial
You should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of tasks with strong problem-solving skills is a must
