Electronic Control Systems Engineer for Aerospace (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

Your day as an Electronic Control Systems Engineer:

  • Requirements and System Integration: You are responsible for the verification and validation of requirements as well as the specification and system integration of electronic control units according to ARP4754A
  • Development and Safety Processes: You implement and monitor the full hardware and software developmentcycle as well as the safety assessment according to ARP4761
  • Compliance Documentation and Supplier Contact: You prepare Part 21 compliance documentation (MOC 0-9) and serve as the technical contact for external suppliers
  • EASA Panels and Test Support: You participate in EASA panel meetings and provide support for qualification, ground and flight tests
  • Technical Analyses: You conduct technical comparison studies

YOUR PROFILE

With these qualities, you enrich the team:

  • Qualifications: Master’s Degree or Diplom as Aerospace Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in avionics or system design
  • Expertise: In-depth experience with RTCA DO-178 and DO-254, along with familiarity with ARP4754A and ARP4761.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with EASA Part 21J and CS/FAR 25
  • Language: Fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Additional Assets: Work experience in ATA32 and knowledge in DOORS is a strong plus
