Mandatory:
Excellent spoken English skills
Previous experience with L2 support and ticket handling
Knowledge of n-tier web applications (Webserver, app server, database, middleware)
Knowledge about e2e authentication in web communication (tokens, cookies, sso)
Experience with Java Enterprise Application Platform: Apache Tomcat, Jboss, Glassfish/Payara, Wildfly
Familiar with WEB Server Software: Apache, IIS, Proxy Servers
ITSM Suite - BMC Remedy, ServiceNow: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management.
Good
Linux command line skills (Bash, directory parsing)
Skills with different databases like:
LDAP, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL.
Some experience with SQL statements
Knowledge about log analysis
Knowledge about deployment processes
Proven experience with a complex system having distributed clustered component.
