What can you expect?
Hands-on maintenance: Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to keep lab equipment at peak performance.Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.Compliance & safety: Ensure all maintenance activities meet strict cGMP standards, adhering to safety and quality regulations at all times.Accurate documentation: Log all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring compliance with good documentation practices.Process optimization: Support equipment upgrades and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality experts to ensure smooth operations and timely product release.

Who are we looking for?
Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, electromechanics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Either a recent graduate eager to apply your skills or a maintenance professional with hands-on experience.Extensive in-house training is provided to ensure a smooth transition into your role.Languages:
Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
