Impiegato Amministrativo - Fatturazione Attiva
 
 
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’Ufficio Finance &amp; Controlling e risponderà direttamente al Responsabile del Controllo di Gestione Italia.
 
 
Attività:
 
Validazione apertura Commesse Cliente a seguito controllo della documentazione relativa al progetto;

Verifica e analisi KPI di Commessa (Fatturato, Ricavo, Margine);

Verifica dei costi imputabili a commessa e delle relative tariffe di vendita;

Verifica avanzamento commesse, in allineamento con Business Manager e Controller Specialist;

Fatturazione Attiva v/Cliente finale;

Relazione con ufficio amministrazione Clienti;

Compliance alle procedure aziendali, con particolare focus sul ciclo vita delle Commesse produttive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Il candidato ideale è in possesso di Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in ambito Economico o Statistico, ed ha maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel medesimo ruolo. Sono richieste, oltre ad un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, buona capacità di problem solving, di gestione del tempo, dello stress e di lavoro in team, anche in contesti internazionali.
 
Requisiti:
 
Esperienza pregressa 2+ anni nel ruolo o similare;

Laurea Triennale o superiore in area Economico-Statistica;

Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, etc…);

Conoscenza della lingua Inglese;

Capacità di Problem Solving;

Capacità di Time Management;

Capacità di lavorare in team, anche in contesti internazionali.
 
 

Nice to have:
 
Conoscenza sull’applicativo SAP ERP.

Senior Accountant – Part Time


Key Responsibilities:

Validating the opening of customer projects/orders following a review of the relevant project documentation;
Monitoring and analyzing project KPIs (Turnover, Revenue, Margin);
Verifying costs attributable to projects and the related sales rates;
Tracking project progress in alignment with Business Managers and Controller Specialists;
Managing the accounts receivable process and invoicing for final clients;
Liaising with clients' administration departments;
Ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, with a specific focus on the lifecycle of production projects/orders.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics and has gained at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. In addition to excellent English proficiency, the position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective time and stress management, and the ability to work well within a team, specifically in international environments.


Requirements:

10+ years of previous experience in the same or a similar role;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or Statistics;
Knowledge of IFRS &amp; USGAAP accounting standards.
Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
Fluency in English (all the work will be done in English);
Availability to sporadic travels to Switzerland
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team, including within international contexts.

Transformation Project Manager 

The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional transformation projects across Akkodis’ key business areas, including initiatives in digital transformation, technological innovation, and engineering services. The role ensures that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Akkodis’ quality standards and client expectations.
This position will be under Operation Direction. We’re looking for someone who will be responsible of the transformation of the company, leading those projects, in collaboration with the rest of the team abroad Italy&amp;Spain.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;
Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders;
Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, reports, KPIs, risk logs);
Gather and analyze requirements; define project roadmaps and milestones;
Track deliverables and proactively address issues or risks;
Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation-related projects;
Facilitate communication and alignment across multidisciplinary teams;
Oversee project budget, timelines, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions when needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience.

Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (c1 level).
 
 


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Computer, Management Engineering, or similar fields;
3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, ideally within consulting or system integration environments;
Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities;
Comfortable working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams;
Familiarity with digital transformation, IT processes, or emerging technologies;

Business Manager IT

 As A Business Manager within Akkodis, your role is key in our sales development strategy.
 You are responsible for developing business within your assigned
 
 
 
The role is characterised by three main areas of action:
 
Customer Management

Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts
Develop your portfolio of strategic customers and prospects
Intervene in the negotiation of important commercial and contractual conditions
Develop a strong customer relationship by implementing contracts
Promote all the Group's service offerings
Play an anchor role for a dynamic &amp; lasting customer relationship with continuous follow-ups  
 
People Management

Active involvement in the sourcing &amp; selection process of candidates and new hire
Explore all avenues of having strong candidates pipeline such as employee referral, social sites, job fairs etc
Partner with recruiters &amp; staffing partners to recruit right talent in line with customer requirements
Develop proactive candidates pipelines to cater customer’s open positions
Engage with team of technical consultants with the help of HR tools such as Induction plans, Training plans, Performance management 



Financials Management

Build business plans (Long term plans, Budget, Forecast)
Track &amp; monitor business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, employee turnover, cash management, change management etc
Manage profit &amp; loss account for your profit center (investments, overheads, resource billability, invoicing process etc)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We're looking for a Business Manager with a strong business aptitude, with at least 1 years of experience in IT sector.
Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned &amp; ambitious goals.
Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (B2 level).
