Mechanical Inspector



 La risorsa, inserita all’interno del Team di un’importante azienda multinazionale operante nel settore Oil&amp;Gas, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Garantire l'implementazione di tutte le procedure e gli standard Qualità/HSE per le aree o le attività (subappaltatori) di competenza, insieme agli altri membri dei team Qualità/HSE;
Supportare il Construction Material Controller nel controllo dei materiali del fornitore prima dell'inizio dei lavori;
Occuparsi delle attività dei subappaltatori per la propria disciplina, assicurando che i lavori di costruzione dell'impianto siano eseguiti in conformità alle specifiche tecniche applicabili, alle procedure del sito e al piano di ispezione del sito in conformità alle procedure di qualità e sicurezza, nonché ai termini e alle condizioni del contratto di subappalto.
Verificare che la manodopera impiegata dal subappaltatore rispetti costantemente i requisiti delle procedure applicabili e il livello di qualità stabilito dallo stesso.
Verificare che le attrezzature impiegate dal Subappaltatore siano adeguate e calibrate come richiesto in base alle procedure applicabili e al livello di qualità fissato dallo stesso.
Verificare che i lavori eseguiti dal subappaltatore siano conformi ai documenti applicabili, alle norme di sicurezza e al livello di qualità stabilito dallo stesso, in coordinamento con gli altri membri del team Qualità/HSE;
Informare l'ingegnere di cantiere affinché apporti le modifiche necessarie quando rileva eventuali errori di progettazione;
Promuovere il progetto di non conformità e informare il Construction Manager, supportandolo nella risoluzione della non conformità;
Tenere informato il Construction Manager, ricevere la richiesta di ispezione dai subappaltatori e confermare di procedere con l'ispezione informando il Cliente&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Il candidato ideale possiede un Diploma Tecnico o cultura equivalente e ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari. Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione delle task assegnate ed orientamento al risultato.
 
 


Requisiti
 
  
 Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:

Diploma tecnico;
esperienza pregressa in ambito qualità Oil&amp;Gas con preferenza in centrali di stoccaggio GAS
conoscenza degli aspetti di qualità e verifiche documentali
buone competenze in ambito informatico
esperienza in normative CEI

Welding Inspector

 
 La risorsa, inserita all’interno del Team di un’importante azienda multinazionale operante nel settore Oil&amp;Gas, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Assistere all'esecuzione dei welding coupon e dei test distruttivi non-distruttivi in officina o presso i laboratori per la preparazione del Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
Supportare il Gruppo di Saldatura della sede centrale durante il ciclo di approvazione delle Procedure di Qualificazione (PQR), delle Specifiche di Procedura di Saldatura (WPS) e della procedura PWHT.
Assistere al processo di qualificazione dei saldatori in subappalto.
Controllare che il materiale di saldatura rispetti i requisiti della WPS approvata Controllare che le saldatrici e i forni siano costantemente calibrati.
Controllare che le saldature in officina e in campo siano eseguite in conformità alle specifiche del PROGETTO e alle procedure WPS/PQR, NDE e PWHT approvate.
Assistere all'esecuzione di prove non distruttive, trattamenti termici e prove di durezza.
Verificare l'esecuzione del test di identificazione positiva del materiale
Garantire che le attività di saldatura e i test siano registrati dai subappaltatori nella banca dati di saldatura.
Controllare che tutte le riparazioni siano eseguite correttamente e che i test non distruttivi siano ripetuti regolarmente;
Ottenere l'approvazione dell'Home Office Welding Group per le deviazioni dalle procedure di saldatura e per l'esecuzione di riparazioni che richiedono procedure speciali;
Verificare l'adeguatezza delle informazioni contenute nei rapporti NDE.
Verificare che le saldature siano adeguate e valide&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Il candidato ideale possiede un Diploma Tecnico o cultura equivalente e ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli similari. Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione delle task assegnate ed orientamento al risultato.

Laurea o diploma in una disciplina pertinente o equivalente
Certificazione CSWIP di livello 2 (minimo)

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del Team di un’importante azienda multinazionale operante nel settore dell’Oil&amp;Gas e si occuperà di sviluppare, impementare e gestire la fase di Commissioning a seconda delle funzioni del personale, al fine di fornire e migliorare la qualità e l’economicità dei servizi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di una laurea in Ingegneria Chimica o cultura equivalente ed ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, in particolare in contesti industriali quali settore Oil&amp;Gas e Raffinerie. Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione delle task assegnate ed orientamento al risultato. E' inoltre richiesta la disponibilità alla mobilità geografica in ambito nazionale e internazionale

 
Requisiti
Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:
Esperienza pregressa nel settore Oil&amp;Gas, preferibilmente in Raffinerie;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese;

Requisiti
Sono richieste le seguenti competenze:
Esperienza pregressa come Supervisor nella costruzione industriale di impianti a gas di grandi dimensioni;
Essere in possesso di una certificazione NACE o Frosio o simili;

Planning Engineer


We’re talking about the expansion (new production units as well as the upgrading of some already existing ones) of a refinery for a new Delayed Coking Unit with coke handling and ship loading, Sour Water Stripper, Amine Recovery units and the revamping of Hydrocracker, Sulphur Recovery, and Utilities &amp; Offsites units.

Planning Engineer will perform all the activities pertaining to the planning / reporting within a Project (or part thereof) of any size and complexity, under the supervision of the Project Control Manager and the Planning Senior Engineer, in full compliance with their indications and the Contract, the Company’s quality requirements and Project Execution Plan, WBS and Schedules. To be accountable for the correct implementation/update of the Project Schedule for the assigned portion according to the received indication /assignments and the aforementioned requirements.


Duties and responsibilities

Preparation of all field project planning activities in accordance with the Company’s procedures under the guidance of Senior Planning Engineer, if present;
To closely work with Construction Sub-contractor during the development of their Contract Level 3 &amp; 4 Schedules and manpower histograms to ensure compliance with all Project Milestones, critical interfaces and adherence to the Project Control Procedures under the guidance of Senior Planning Engineer;
Check the feasibility of construction schedules with the scheduled deliveries of documentation, materials and updated information received from Home Office under the guidance of Senior Planning Engineer;
Constantly monitoring the performance of Subcontractors in terms of efficiency, progress and resources under the guidance of Senior Planning Engineer.
Provide feedback to the responsible of Planning about problems/deviations arising from application of standard methods and work instructions and tools;
Keep himself/herself up to date about the technical specific improvement of the discipline;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Quantity Surveyor Civil

The project concerning the expansion of the Gdansk Refinery aimed at improving its crude processing capability as well as ensuring higher quality and energy-efficient fuels and relates to the execution of a hydrocracking unit (Hydrocracked Base Oil Plant) with associated logistic facilities, which will allow the production of Group II base oils. This innovative plant will be the second one in Europe and will be capable of treating better performing base oil groups, with a lower environmental impact.

The Quantity Surveyor inputs and accounts the works performed by Subcontractors in the specific data base, and handles any deviations from budget values.

Duties and responsibilities
Check in detail the accounting submitted by the Civil Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts"; in particular verify quantities (to be calculated in accordance with the drawings issued for construction and in accordance with the Special Preamble to Prices and Methods of Measurement Civil Works defined in the Subcontract)
Ensure the correct application of unit prices (to be in accordance with the contract price list, and Subcontract requirements), and ensure the accuracy of all calculations (arithmetic)
Assist the Subcontracts Administration Manager with the evaluation and verification of extra works and obtain the Client’s approval
Assist Subcontracts Administration Manager with other Subcontract Administration activities as required
Assist Subcontracts Administration Manager with the preparation of backup documents for the Payment Certificates
Expedite and ensure timely receipt of accountings and other deliverables from Subcontractors
Maintain proper filing of all Subcontracts and accounting documents&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Mechanical Inspector

Commissioning Loop Checks Coordinator
The project concerning the expansion of the Gdansk Refinery aimed at improving its crude processing capability as well as ensuring higher quality and energy-efficient fuels and relates to the execution of a hydrocracking unit (Hydrocracked Base Oil Plant) with associated logistic facilities, which will allow the production of Group II base oils. Electric. &amp; Instr Coordinator (Loop Folders) executes the activities relevant to functional loop checks and to the interlock/sequences, functionality checks in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures.
Duties and responsibilities
Cooperate with the subcontractor, supervise and check the preparation of the loop folders due time prior to the beginning of the activity.
Supervises that all the FLC operations follow the proper flow of documentation and their timely execution.
Records the daily progress of the FLC and ensures its availability to management, QA/QC, planner etc.
Planning on daily basis the activity based on the list of the “Loops ready to test”, on the manpower availability and following the priority provided by Commissioning management.
Manage the repairs of the instruments that need to be fixed or recalibrated with the support of the troubleshooting team.
Records and transmits to the construction any major problem which requires the involvement of the construction subcontractor (i.e. cable pulling, instrument relocation etc.).
Prepare the forms for all the tests to be performed and ensure submission of the certificates duly signed by involved parties for final hand over to the certification engineer (QA/QC).
Coordinate actions with the electrical commissioning supervisor in performing the activity.
Records in the master drawings all the modifications done during the FLC (for As Built).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Duties and responsibilities

Prior to the start of works, to check the Supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments;
Prior to the start of works, control and approve the Method Statements submitted by the Subcontractors, ensuring their correct application on the field;
To check that the equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractor are adequate and that the works performed by the Subcontractor conform to design documents, Safety regulations, and to the Quality level fixed by the same;
Perform inspections and sign the necessary certificates as per Site Inspection Plans;
To prepare the non-conformity register for each Subcontractor and co-ordinate nonconformity resolution;
To detect any design errors, and where possible rectify the same or request the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes;
To check Subcontractors’ work progress status sheets and sign the same for approval;
To manage vendor specialists;
To assist the Contract Manager/Engineer in defining new prices, in preparing amendments to subcontracts and in analysing and discussing claims.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Guarantee the quality of the works and their compliance with the contractual/engineering requirements of the project satisfying the assigned budget, time schedule quality, safety and environmental;
Ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost
Coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of Mechanical Piping Superintendent;

Construction Quality Control Inspector

We’re talking about the expansion (new production units as well as the upgrading of some already existing ones) of a refinery for a new Delayed Coking Unit with coke handling and ship loading, Sour Water Stripper, Amine Recovery units and the revamping of Hydrocracker, Sulphur Recovery, and Utilities &amp; Offsites units.
Quality Control Inspector ensures the implementation of all the quality procedures and standards in the appointed area /subcontractor. He/she is responsible for performing inspections on subcontractor’s activities assuring the conformity to site inspection plans and applicable engineering.


Duties and responsibilities
 To ensure the implementation of all the Quality/HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities, together with the other members of Quality/HSE teams;
To support the Construction Material Controller in checking the Supplier’s material prior to the start of works;
To address Subcontractor activities for his/her own discipline, ensuring that Plant Construction works are performed according to the applicable engineering specification, site procedures and Site Inspection Plan according to Quality &amp; Safety procedures, as well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract
To check that the manpower employed by the Subcontractor continuously respect the requirements of applicable procedures and the Quality level fixed by the same.
To check that the equipment employed by the Subcontractor are adequate and calibrated as required according to applicable procedures and to the Quality level fixed by the same
To inform the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes when detects any design errors;
Keeping the Construction Quality Manager informed, receive the Request of Inspection from Subcontractors and confirm to proceed with the inspection informing the Client, assume the responsibility in case of Client’s (motivated) rejection of the inspection taking care of remedial action.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Commissioning Machinery Supervisor
 
We’re talking about the expansion (new production units as well as the upgrading of some already existing ones) of a refinery for a new Delayed Coking Unit with coke handling and ship loading, Sour Water Stripper, Amine Recovery units and the revamping of Hydrocracker, Sulphur Recovery, and Utilities &amp; Offsites units.
Commissioning Mechanical &amp; Machinery Coordinator executes the activities pertaining to the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the unit in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations, and following the stated procedures.
 
Duties and responsibilities
To develop the detailed pre-commissioning procedures for Machinery &amp; Packages, procedures for the functional tests of the machineries according to the instructions of Commissioning Machinery Superintendent.
To field check the DAC and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list, following the CME instructions.
Expediting closing of pending Punch List Items in accordance with Commissioning Superintendent (COT) priorities; Monitor and ensure the activities are carried out in accordance with the procedures and requirements.
Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their efficient utilization.
 Support the Vendors specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the Commissioning supervisors.
To keep records of all activities performed in the log book
To produce the certificates, duly signed by the involved parties, and handover to certification engineer (QA/QC).
Responsible for ongoing maintenance (planned and corrective maintenance on Plant Units already in Operation) in accordance with Commissioning Superintendent (COT) and Commissioning Machinery Superintendent (CMT) priorities&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
